第一次差評！！！
酒店的地理位置太偏太差，窗外就是一片黃泥巴地，這些倒不是緊要。最糟糕的是衞生環境，我按時間順序來説説：
1、一次性浴帽盒打開啥都沒有，再一看盒子明顯是用過的痕跡，上面不知粘了什麼非常噁心，見圖一。打電話給前台問是不是沒打掃過房間，言之鑿鑿打掃過，還挺不耐煩。然後叫一個保安老頭兒給我們送了一套新的過來；新的送過來，打開就破掉！
2、洗漱完躺床上了，三歲半的娃在床上接連發現兩衹蟲子，見圖二圖三，實在忍不了，又給前台電話，這次態度不錯，馬上給我們換房間，但晚上快10點了這樣折騰，真是令人不快！
3、隔音效果實在是太差了，隔壁房間23點以後才入住，孩子在房間裏興奮的喊叫，大人刷**的視頻聲，我們躺在床上聽的一清二楚！
4、幾乎是被影響的一夜無眠，第二天又在房間手紙盒子的紙巾上發現小蟲子屍體，見圖四真是太無語了啊！這房間是有多少蟲子啊？
作為一個宜都人，第一次帶隊友孩子回來，定不到別的酒店，攜程首推這家，真是踩了大雷。請別丟我們宜都的臉了好嗎？

帶家裡人過來三峽千古情去玩，前台很熱情，還在提醒我們去三峽千古情需要預約，還有景區的地圖提供，很貼心。房間衞生也很不錯，有自助洗衣房還帶烘乾。停車場免費停車，對自駕的朋友非常友好，問前台還有哪裡可以玩前台也推薦了宜昌其他遊玩的地方，開車去也不遠，下次來玩還會選擇

給家裡小朋友訂的房，特意跟我講早餐的牛肉麪超好吃👍👍👍。就是沒有底下車庫但是問了前台小姐姐説已經在裝修了，應該蠻快就能使用上了。房間也比較新，還是看不出來已經快兩年了。需要什麼就和前台説基本上前台都有。五樓也有洗衣房消毒液洗衣液都有，洗烘一體的洗衣機很方便。

設備還挺齊全的洗衣服還帶熨斗跟烘乾，洗的時候沒有注意牆上的提示暫停了門打不開了，找前台很快就找服務人員幫忙打開了，帶的小孩子還幫忙把兩個床拼在了一起，另外挺喜歡酒店的香氛味道不沖鼻聞着很舒服，床睡着超級舒服

服務態度可以，房間乾淨，都是一次性包裝，用起來放心。有早餐，味道不錯，上電梯要刷卡，感覺很安全，衞生間沖水龍頭很大，洗澡很舒服，前台24小時有人，需要什麼機器人立馬就送上來了，非常方便

房間乾淨整潔，住過好幾次了，每次出差都住這，服務人員特別和藹可親，就是大門不是很好找，差點兒跑人家足浴店去了，地下停車站也還未開放，點外賣或者打車還是很方便，前台小姐姐態度不錯，機器人送物也很有意思
